I decided to become a personal trainer to mix the two things I love most: Fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Having been a dancer, gymnast and cheerleading throughout my life, an active lifestyle has always been important to me. However, after gaining 20 lbs, feeling lethargic and sick, and dealing with issues such as hormonal imbalances, I decided to research my way to health. Through reading, fitness, nutrition, and supplements and vitamins, I lost both weight and body fat and gained lean muscle mass. Naturally, I strive to share my passion and knowledge with others to help them successfully transform their bodies and minds. I am a certified personal trainer under the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), as well as, a student at the University of Utah for Exercise Science. I would say that my favorite aspect of training is helping people achieve their current goals, AND getting to be apart their new ones. As we all stretch and bend our dreams daily, a healthy and fulfilling life becomes a reality. I truly believe that anything is possible with persistence and dedication.
